Custom built 582 cubic inch 9.8 deck big block Chevrolet using all new parts ,
these engines are a proven reliable combination, they feature big cubic inches in a standard height package , dart big m block with splayed mains . the come with a 4340 pro max crank that is gun drilled and micro polished , king coated bearings , 6.535 rod I beam rods that we have been successfully using at 1600hp level , custom diamond pistons with ceramic coatings , total seal rings gapped for up to 300hp nitrous , hydraulic roller camshaft that is 680 lift and is very gentle on parts but produces fantastic torque to get even the heaviest cars moving , brodix bb2 extra heads that have been custom ported ,custom ported dart intake , heavy wall pushrods , comp cams 1620-16 rockers , high volume melling pump with welded and braced pickup , moroso 8qt pan .
we have developed this engine combination over the last 8 yrs to be a reliable and hard to beat street strip engine , it has pushed our test bed car, which is a heavy 3700lb second generation Camaro with full interior and air conditioning into the low 9s on motor alone , these engines work really well on e85 ,
